I graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Political Science and completed the Web Development bootcamp at UC Berkeley Extension.

My penchant for technical support stems from my interest in helping others learn and use modern technologies. I genuinely enjoy working with customers and the challenge of resolving technical issues while improving products at the same time. I am looking forward to leveraging my background in web development and customer support to thrive in a technical role dealing with the ins and outs of an API or platform and be a resource for customers.
